School's been tough but I've made it through fine for the moment hehe.

Busy week but . . .

Happy late 10/10/10 lol.
Still busy as hell :(
Had Thanksgiving dinner with some friends.  They were an hr late and was supposed to bring turkey.  Apparently our "turkey" was reduced to more like a few slices of turkey breast and the rest is magically gone.  People didn't know what to bring so we had some random snacks like chips, donuts, and a crap ton of ice cream =3=)  Was a fun night over all, played some midnight basketball and it was great.  Cept for turkey.

How's everyone's Thanksgiving dinner go?  Ya ya I know thanksgiving in is Nov in US lol.

Work and stuff

So it's the long weekend + Thanksgiving monday (in Canada) and it seems that I'm gonna spend this ungodly amount of time on my Philosophy essay.  Bawww etc.  Luckly it's the only assignment in the class but it's a good 40% of our mark :(
Sorry if I haven't been posting comments lately, been pretty busy so I just quickly browse through the dailies :/

Today's midterm didn't too bad, I did pretty well on the written I believe.  The MC was kinda hit or miss lol.  Personally I never liked MC that much since the choice are never straight forward but hopefully I did well on those too.
I definately feel great after this midterm though, so I'm glad that it's over.  The next one is in 2 weeks, which is Calculus, not too afraid of that but I should do a few practices.  Still got a 1500-2500 word essay to write as well, time to get that started :<

Bahhh midterms

So I can't seem to settle down and actually study.  When I do I'm entirely unsure of what I should study.  This is sorta the dilemma I have every midterm :/  Especially on courses that is based right around a ton of textbook reading but Math doesn't seem to have this effect on me.  So ya I'm stuck just flipping pages after pages over what I seemed to already understand.

40mP is one of the best artists producing vocaloid music and clearly one of favourites :)

Hey guys, had a pretty intense day today.
Went to my uncle's funeral mst of the afternoon then ended the night with the Facebook movie: The Social Network.  It was pretty good; mainly about the 2 lawsuits that went on during the creation of facebook with a bit of drama added to make it movie worthy.  Went for beer afterwords and chilled with some old highschool friends and learned one of my friends went to prison for making and dealing crack among other things.  Shit was intense lol.

Man another week passed and it doesn't even feel like it :/
No homework for the weekend other than the 5min I spend on online calculus so yay lol.

I had plans to go to a race track with my buddy on October 18th but it seems my math midterm got pushed back to that day =_=  So that sucked big time but what could I do lol.

Official Touhou anime by UFOtable.  Thought? Comments?
UFOtable has also animated the 空の境界(kara no kyoukai) movies (which were pretty awesome) so I expect them to do a pretty good job of it.  I'd prefer it as a doujin niche if possible but who knows what to expect.

Yo, how's everyone doing?
New season of How I Met you Mother was today :)  Pretty awesome start of the new season!
I have a feeling this is gonna be a very good season, much like the first 3.  If you haven't watch it yet, go do it!  Among other things, season 7 of House was today as well, though I haven't been watching it from the very start but I do plan on picking it up when I get the time :D.  Lastly the final season of Smallville is premiering on Friday, Sept 24!  Worth watching if you have the time :)

Long weekend! (For me lulz)

And so my 3 day long weekend starts tomorrow yay.
So far my classes has been pretty fun.  I'm having a ton of fun in Philosophy since the main topic of the course is revolved around whether we have free will or not.  Not getting too deep into it, it is an interesting topic to talk about and trolling all the religious people in the class is pretty lulz.

So FFXIV open beta was out like 3 days ago so I decided to try it since a few of my FFXI buddies are doing the same.  Right now I'm torrenting the patches since the new XIV patching system is god awful.  I think my max DL speed with the system was like 25kbps I'm not sure; however luckily a buddy of mine from XI hooked me up with a torrent of all the patches up til today.  Here's the link for anyone in need of the patches: http://www.ffxivcore.com/topic/12719-open-beta-megauploadutorrent-links-install-instructions/

How to create a Niconicodouga account

For those who are not familiar with Niconicodouga, it is a Japanese video sharing site with a commenting system that is displayed streaming across the video (Can be annoying when spam rolls around but there is an option to turn off comments).  An account is require to view the videos so for those who are not proficient with the Japanese language, there are an abundence of guides on the net: Found in one google search.

If you're uncomfortable with Niconico, most videos are also reuploaded on Youtube so do not worry!  New to Vocaloids?  I suggest Youtubing the following artists:  Supercell, Sasakure.UK, CosMos bousouP, Hachi, Deco*27, and 40mP.
